We at Xteq Systems always try to make our products as error-free and easy-to-use as possible. However, sometimes even our program may crash or may not do what you want it to do. For these cases, we provide this support page.
If you have a general problem with a program, please first have a look at its README.TXT and its documentation. Normally 80% of all problems or questions are already documented.
We try to release corrected versions as soon as possible. Simply have a quick look at our Projects page, maybe a new version of the program has already been released.
